Reiki Practitioner | Supporting Balance & Healing in a calm compassionate space

I am a Reiki practitioner offering gentle, non-invasive energy healing to support wellbeing on physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels.

My practice is heart-centred and client-focused, creating a compassionate and supportive space where you can relax, feel held, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance and may help to reduce stress, support emotional clarity and encourage deep relaxation.

Each session is guided by your individual needs on the day. I work intuitively and respectfully, allowing the energy to flow where it is most needed, while always honouring your comfort, boundaries and wellbeing.

Reiki can be beneficial during times of stress, emotional challenges, personal growth or life transitions, and is suitable for people of all ages. Many clients experience sessions as calming, grounding and deeply nurturing.

I practise Reiki with integrity, compassion and professionalism, in alignment with the UK Reiki Federation’s code of practice. Reiki is a complementary therapy and works alongside conventional medical care and other holistic approaches.
