ABOUT US
About the UK Reiki FederationOur Organisation
The UK Reiki Federation (UKRF) is an independent, not-for-profit, professional organisation run by members for members.
Reiki is our passion. We are fully committed to sharing our expertise and knowledge with our members and the general public to increase awareness of Reiki through education & information.
Since 1999, we have been at the forefront for developing the highest standards for Reiki education, training, research, and practice. We continue to be actively involved in high-level representative groups working on revised standards for training of professional practitioners in the United Kingdom.
Now the largest Reiki-only professional organisation in the UK and Europe, we are here for every step of your Reiki journey – from finding a certified Reiki practitioner for a Reiki session, sourcing an accredited Reiki course, or practicing and teaching Reiki professionally.

I started my Reiki journey in 2018 as a way to deal stress for myself. I am now Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher based on the Isle of Wight. I deputise for the Chair with anything needed and work with the rest of the management committee to ensure that the IT and website requirements are covered.

Rachel Ford

I feel passionately that if we are to become credible in the eyes of the general medical community, our conduct and professionalism as both individuals and as an organisation must be beyond reproach.

I joined the UK Reiki Federation in 2021. I am an Essex based Reiki Master Teacher. Before developing in Reiki, I trained as a Clairvoyant. I learnt Reiki to support my working life balance and whether I am receiving, giving or teaching, I am always blown away by Reiki and the results Reiki provides. Away from my Spiritual and Healing I have worked since 1994 as a Civil Servant dealing with Legality, Courts, Human Rights, Complainants and more within Civil and Criminal Matters. Every day working in partnership with Mayor of London’s Office, Police Constabularies, London Court Systems, Complaints Departments. My experience has been with matters within The Supreme Court down to Magistrates Courts and Tribunals. I have also completed Teacher Training and since 2002 have taught inside and outside of Spiritualism. I am very privileged to be supporting the UKRF and all of its members within my role.
