As a Reiki Master/Teacher I follow the Usui Method of Reiki. I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation and CNHC registered.
For me Reiki has made me feel protected, calm, worthy. It has helped me to dispel negative thoughts, to see the positive in every situation even when it’s hard. It has become part of my everyday life, to help me stay balanced, to know what is important with my life.
