Welcome to Wellness-me! I use Mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki techniques to promote wellness and wellbeing.
Tyneside based, serving communities in Newcastle and Gateshead for in-person sessions, the mindfulness, meditation, and distant Reiki session are also provided via zoom.
Wellness-me is a member of the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) through the UK Reiki Federation (UKRF) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) certification service.
