HOW TO RAISE A CONCERN OR MAKE A COMPLAINT?
How to raise a concern or make a complaint
The UK Reiki Federation is here to support our members and the public. Whether your concern is about how we handle your personal data, about a member, or about a course provider, we have a clear process and will keep you updated along the way. Please use the route below that fits your concern.
About how the UK Reiki Federation handles your personal data
If you are unhappy with how we have collected, used, stored or shared your personal information, you can complain to us directly. Email our data protection contact at datacontroller@reikifed.co.uk with the word “Complaint” in the subject line, and tell us what happened and what you would like us to do.
We will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it
- Look into it properly and resolve it without undue delay
- Keep you informed of the outcome and the reasons for it
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/concerns or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would always prefer the chance to put things right first.
