It is a pleasure and privilege to be able to offer Reiki and reflexology treatments to clients of all ages.

I have personally found Reiki to be a gentle and profound therapy that promotes relaxation and ease, and can be a wonderful catalyst for healing and change for the individual. I volunteer with Reiki Medic-Care which offers distance Reiki to hospital doctors, nurses and ambulance paramedics.

I come to my practice with an accumulated wealth of experience in Bodywork. I have a professional background in dance, having worked as a performer, touring and teaching internationally for 18 years. I am also a graduate of University College London, with a BA Hons in Archaeology.
I practice from my home in Brighton, BN1.
