My name is Dulcie, founder of DulChi Wellness, and this is the story of my journey into the world of holistic wellness.

Following a turbulent and challenging period in my life, paired with the demands of a high-pressure job, I found myself drained—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My energy was depleted, my stress levels were high, and my life felt out of balance. It was during this time that I began searching for ways to heal and restore harmony.

Yoga had always been a part of my life, albeit irregularly, but everything changed after a transformative trip to Sri Lanka in 2017. It was there that I discovered a deep love for Hatha yoga. Attending regular yoga classes, kirtan sessions, and meditation practices had a profound and positive impact on me. Inspired to share these benefits with others, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and began teaching at my local yoga studio.

In 2020, my journey expanded to include Reiki. After completing both Level 1 and 2 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki training, I deepened my practice and, in October 2024, achieved my Reiki Master/Teacher degree. I am now excited to pass on this beautiful tradition, empowering others to explore its healing potential.

Lockdown introduced me to the transformative power of sound healing. I immediately felt the benefits and knew this was something I wanted to pursue further. My studies took me to Bali, where I trained under the renowned teacher Shervin Boloorian at Sound Healing Bali, completing both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.

Today, I facilitate individual reiki treatments in person or distance sending and I am excited to start teaching reiki one courses in 2025.

It is my passion and purpose to share these healing practices with others, helping them find balance, restore energy, and experience the profound benefits of holistic wellness.
