I have been practising energy therapies since 1995, Reiki since 2016 and Shamanism since 2018. As an experienced Registered Midwife and qualified antenatal educator and hypnobirthing teacher, I also offer personalised antenatal education and hypnobirthing sessions to help expectant parents feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth.
