Join Kathryn from Relax & Connect for Reiki treatments in her welcoming private garden studio in Colchester, Essex. Mobile visits are also offered.

Kathryn is a Usui Reiki Practitioner. She has been running mindfulness meditation sessions since 2018 and has chosen Reiki to compliment her business so that she can help clients on an even deeper level with specific individual energy healing.

Kathryn provides her treatments either in her private garden studio in Colchester or can travel to a client’s home if they are within a short commutable distance – for example: Fordham, Marks Tey, Copford, Coggeshall.

Kathryn can also provide private sessions combining Reiki with mindfulness meditation for the ultimate in body, mind and soul restoration.
