Zen Monki Healing

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of Zen Monki Healing, offering personalised Reiki sessions designed to create space for rest, balance and reconnection.

My approach is calm, intuitive and centred around the individual. I believe Reiki offers an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself, whatever may be happening in your life.

Alongside Reiki, my practice is informed by Yin Yoga, breathwork and pranayama, meditation and mindful movement. I have undertaken over 450 hours of training across these practices and continue to deepen my knowledge, experience and understanding.

For me, these practices complement one another through their shared emphasis on presence, awareness, breath and creating space for the body and mind to settle. Reiki, however, remains at the heart of my practice.

I offer a safe, supportive and unhurried space where each session can be shaped around what you need on the day. Zen Monki Healing is a mobile practice serving London, bringing personalised Reiki sessions into the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Your space. Your session. Your journey.
