I offer Usui Holy Fire III Reiki in Greenwich and London Bridge, as well as distant Reiki sessions. Each session is grounded in the Reiki tradition while being attentively shaped around the person receiving it.

Through sustained connection and close attention, I remain responsive to changes in the body and the energetic quality of the session, adjusting my hand placement, focus and intention as it unfolds. Sessions may be hands-on or hands-off according to your preference. My Tai Chi, Qi Gong and mindfulness practice supports the grounded presence, stillness and sensitivity I bring to Reiki, while the session itself remains firmly within the Reiki modality.

People experience Reiki in many different ways. Clients have described warmth, colour, imagery, lightness, deep relaxation and immersive experiences, while others notice a quieter sense of rest. These are personal experiences rather than expectations. Your own session may feel vivid, subtle, restful or difficult to describe, with some aspects noticed during the session and others perhaps becoming apparent afterwards.

Following the session, I may share selected observations from my own felt experience, sometimes accompanied by a simple visual reflection. These are offered without diagnosis or fixed interpretation, leaving you free to consider what feels meaningful or useful and to leave aside what does not.

For me, Reiki is a practice of connection, presence and careful attention. Rather than directing your healing, I aim to create supportive conditions in which your own process can unfold at its own pace.
