Returning to Balance with Rachel

I offer Intuitive Reiki sessions at my calm and cosy garden studio, or in your own home if you prefer. Sessions are typically 60 minutes but can be longer. During a session you will lie down fully clothed with the option of using blankets, bolsters and eye pillows to ensure you are completely comfortable. I will guide you through a gentle meditation to help you to relax and settle in before beginning the treatment. I offer hands-on or hands-off Reiki depending on your preference.
