What began as a personal quest to reconnect with myself evolved into a soul-led journey through Asia, Ayurvedic medicine, and sacred spiritual practices.

At Five2Thrive, I bring together energy healing, trauma-informed mindfulness, and integrative therapies—enriched by a Master’s in Psychology (Distinction), hypnotherapy, and life coaching—to create a sanctuary for transformation. This is more than a toolkit; it’s a deeply intuitive approach, shaped by lived experience and spiritual insight.
