About
Hello, I thought I’d share a little bit about myself so you can get to know me. I’m a traditionally qualified Usui Reiki Master Teacher based in Sunderland, with a Reiki lineage that links directly back to Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of the Usui system of Reiki.
Reiki has been part of my life for many years, and I love seeing how gently it can support people on an emotional, physical and energetic level. My approach is warm, relaxed and personal, and I always want people to feel comfortable, listened to and completely at ease.
Shares and courses
I offer gentle, one-to-one Usui Reiki treatments in Sunderland, together with distance Reiki. You don’t need any previous experience of Reiki…just come as you are. Sessions are relaxed, personal and shaped around what you need on the day, with plenty of space to simply rest and receive.
