Hi, I’m Krystal — a Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Eastern and Western Reiki lineages that trace back to the founder, Mikao Usui. I offer Reiki sessions designed to help you restore balance, release stress, and reconnect with your inner calm and clarity.

My work is rooted in compassion and open-mindedness, creating a safe and nurturing space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, energetic realignment, or time to pause and reset, Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your natural flow of wellbeing.

In addition to individual Reiki sessions (in-person or distant), I also offer half-day and full-day corporate wellbeing packages, supporting teams to reduce stress and enhance focus and harmony in the workplace.

Sessions are available remotely, from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you are in the world, and in person by appointment in the UK.
