About

Welcome. I am Katarina Tilley (Saguna) and I learned Reiki in 1998. As an experienced UK Reiki Federation Master Teacher Member, I bring 25 years of experience teaching Reiki and 27 years of Reiki practitioner experience to my work, alongside holding a Certificate in Education.

I am the founder of the Katarina Tilley Meditation Centre (formerly Living in the Light), located in Point Clear, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. I offer Reiki healing sessions and Reiki training at all levels in my peaceful garden sanctuary.

My centre is easily accessible to clients or students searching for Reiki courses and healing sessions across Essex and Suffolk, including:

• Clacton
• Colchester
• Manningtree
• Frinton-on-Sea
• Harwich
• Ipswich

I provide authentic, comprehensive spiritual training for students at all stages of their journey.

Shares and courses

I offer two day courses in Western and Original Usui Reiki:

• Reiki 1 (First Degree – Shoden Level): Introductory training focused on self-healing and the fundamentals of Reiki.
• Reiki 2 (Second Degree – Okuden Level): Practitioner level training introducing sacred symbols and distant healing techniques.
• Reiki Master Teacher (Shinpiden) Courses: Advanced training for those ready to teach and pass on the Reiki attunements.
• Shoden & Okuden Bridge Courses: Transition modules for existing practitioners looking to bridge gaps and learn Original Usui Reiki.
• Reiki Refresher Sessions: Personalised, one-to-one sessions to rebuild confidence, clarify techniques, and receive reattunements or Reiju.
