About
Alongside Reiki, I am an experienced Yoga teacher, offering both classes and individual one to one private sessions. I am delighted to be able to include Reiki healing either as a pure reiki session or personalised reiki . Over time I have found that by combining the two practices it is often quicker and more effective to manage energy imbalances, allowing the body and mind to become more balanced and settled. The body is amazing at self healing, and when we remove obstacles and blockages and set the body back in harmony – then it has the best chance to heal.
I often work with trauma, and physical injuries to aid natural healing.
