Soul and Soles

I’ve been running my Usui and Karuna Reiki healing practice since 2013, and began training others in Reiki in 2015. Reiki is a real passion of mine—it’s such a beautiful and empowering practice, and I feel privileged to support others on their healing journeys and to teach those who feel called to learn.

I offer both treatments and training in my calm, welcoming healing room at home, which allows me to create a peaceful space where each client or student feels supported and held.

I teach Reiki on a one-to-one basis, just as I was taught by my own Reiki Master. I believe in creating a personalised and supportive experience, where everything is included in one set price, so there are no hidden costs, no matter how long the journey takes.

I’m also very happy to teach small groups, especially if you already know one another, and all sessions take place in my tranquil healing room at home. It’s a calm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to grow and develop your Reiki practice at your own pace.

If you’ve already begun your Reiki journey with another teacher, I’m happy to welcome you for further levels after a relaxed consultation, usually just a casual chat over a coffee, so we can ensure the teaching feels right for you and supports your growth into a confident and professional Reiki healer.
