I’m a certified Reiki Master Teacher, a Henley-trained executive coach and a meditation teacher.

I spent two decades in senior leadership, so I know what a full diary and a busy mind feel like. Reiki became one of the ways I learned to pause, and now I share it with busy people, families and workplaces.

My sessions are calm, grounded and down to earth. You don’t need any experience or special beliefs, just a willingness to rest.

What I offer
– 1:1 reiki treatments: a quiet, restorative session. You stay fully clothed while I rest my hands lightly on or just above your body.
– Reiki coaching: regular one-to-one support that combines reiki with coaching conversations, for stress, burnout or times of change.
– Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) attunements: learn to give reiki to yourself and the people close to you. You get a Shoden manual to take home and a personalised certificate showing your lineage.
– Reiki Level 2 (Okuden) attunements: go deeper into your practice.
– Parent & child (13+) Level 1 attunements: a gentle practice to share, priced to keep it affordable for families.
– Reiki at work: bespoke sessions for offices, wellbeing days, offsites and conferences.

What clients often notice
Deep relaxation, a calmer nervous system, better sleep, less tension and a more grounded, steady feeling. Everyone’s experience is different. Reiki works alongside medical care but never replaces it.
