I am a Reiki Master, and my own journey into Reiki began through grief. During a difficult time in my life, Reiki became a meaningful part of my personal journey, deepening my understanding of healing, self-care and the importance of compassion.

My personal experience has inspired me to support others who may be navigating grief, loss or challenging times in their lives. I believe in creating a safe, calm and supportive space where people feel heard, cared for and able to take time for themselves.

As a Reiki Master and teacher, I am passionate about sharing the practice of Reiki, supporting others on their healing journeys and helping those who feel drawn to Reiki develop their own connection with this beautiful practice.

I hope to offer others the same sense of care, comfort and support that Reiki has brought into my own life, while honouring each person’s unique journey with kindness, compassion and respect.
