Having regular reiki treatments will help you feel so much better mentally, physically and emotionally. It can be truly transformative. For those who would like to learn how to do reiki I run informative 2 day courses with the required four attunements (and an additional fifth top up attunement). My practice is in Northowram, Halifax.
