Jessica – Abra Reiki

Jessica is a Reiki Master Teacher whose work is community focused. She hosts monthly group healing Reiki circle and a multi-bed Community Reiki Clinic to ensure Reiki is accessible to everyone.

She also teaches Reiki courses. These course are limited to 6 people and taught over 3 consecutive Saturdays so that students have plenty of one on one attention, time to ask questions as well as process and practice the course material.

To support Reiki students and practitioners, she hosts Ways of Sharing, a combination of a Reiki share and workshop. Each month we delve into a different theme, practice techniques together and gather in small groups for a traditional Reiki share.

Jessica is available for distance sessions as well as private 1:1 Reiki sessions in East London at Centre 151.
