About
After more than 30 years in corporate IT, I made the shift into holistic wellness, training as a Holy Fire® Reiki Master Practitioner. That journey shapes how I hold space for every client who comes to me feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected.
I offer Reiki sessions, and meditation both group and 1-1. Each session a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Sessions take place at my home in Glengormley, with distance Reiki also available remotely.
I also run a weekly Thursday Meditation Circle at Shakti Wellness Studio & Clinic on the Lisburn Road.
