Merope Selasphora

About me and my practice:

I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and an intuitive energy healer, offering Reiki in a calm, supportive and welcoming environment. I have been practising Reiki in a clinic setting for the past three years, alongside my private practice.

My approach is warm, intuitive and individualised. I work with people who may be experiencing stress, overwhelm, emotional strain or simply need time to pause, rest and reconnect with themselves. I see Reiki as a complementary practice that can support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and a greater sense of balance and restoration.

During a Reiki session, I create space for each person to slow down and receive the experience in their own way. I recognise that every individual is different, and I allow each session to unfold according to the person’s needs and experience.

Alongside my Reiki practice, I have experience teaching Reiki and offering Reiki attunements. I also hold an ADHD Awareness Diploma, which has deepened my understanding of the different ways people may experience stress, overwhelm and everyday life.

I am CNHC registered and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. My Reiki practice is complementary to, rather than a replacement for, medical diagnosis or treatment.

My intention is to offer Reiki with warmth, integrity and respect, creating a space where people can take time for themselves and reconnect with their own sense of wellbeing.

Reiki Teaching & Attunements:

I offer Reiki teaching and attunements in a supportive, personal and practical way, helping students develop their understanding and experience of Reiki both for themselves and in supporting others. Reiki training is available for individuals and small groups. Further information and upcoming Reiki I and Reiki II course dates will be announced soon.
