Maria Kostavara founded Ikigai Glasgow in 2024. A Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Practitioner (Member of UK Reiki Federation) and Sound Healing Facilitator.
A soft but direct guide born and raised in Greece. A gluten free girlie who enjoys live comedy and drama movies. Lets shift energy and build a life of resilience and inner peace.
Reiki and Sound Healing helped me reconnect with my body in different levels, change deep patterns, and unlock inner strength.
No easy roads here hun, no bypassing… We meet the challenge, clear the blocks, and tune into the truth. This work helped me to transform my life. Now it is here to support yours.
My work combines, energy and sound healing, frequency alignment, emotional clearing, and a lot of real talk and compassion. You bring the readiness and I offer the tools.
