I offer Reiki sessions in East London for stress relief, better sleep, and gentle support during overwhelming times. I am a qualified Usui Reiki practitioner and UK Reiki Federation member, and have created a welcoming space in my private home practice on the Isle of Dogs, East London.

Sessions last 60 minutes and include a brief consultation. You\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ll remain fully clothed throughout, and most people relax deeply – some drift off to sleep, others stay peacefully awake. Your comfort and safety are my absolute priorities.

I also work in an NHS clinical setting supporting patients through medical treatments.

First session: £60 (regular price £70)
