Everything is made of energy; it is universal and interconnected. Energy healing supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself by promoting relaxation and addressing underlying imbalances. My aim is to help others feel better, to support the healing within by helping to move and shift blocked energies, to provide a positive healing experience and to make a difference.

I provide a warm, welcoming, safe space, where clients are invited to relax, unwind and begin or continue their healing journey, whether it is through a one-to-one healing appointment, or a through workshop of tailored learning and growth.

I am a qualified Holistic Therapist and qualified in additional healing modalities including Reiki Master Practitioner: Angelic Reiki Practitioner and Animal Advanced Reiki Practitioner.
