My name is Claire Dale and I\’m a Co-Founder of a Mental Health & Suicide Awareness & Prevention Charity – Spare 10 For Ben based in Easington Village.

We take a whole person approach in supporting individuals struggling with their well-being, emotionally, practically and physically.

We also provide Reiki to non-service users, (private clients) who make a small donation to our charity. This enables us to provide our service at no cost to those we support.

Based in Seaton Holme, Easington Village, our therapy room is a safe and calming environment for those wishing to invest in their physical and emotional well-being.
