I am deeply passionate about bringing a healing energy to others. My intention is to create a safe space for clients to slow down and reconnect with themselves. I believe in the power of energy to nurture balance for the body, mind, and spirit.
✨ My Reiki practice
I trained at The Reiki Academy in London and am a member of the United Kingdom Reiki Federation (www.reikifed.co.uk).
I now offer distant Reiki sessions, allowing healing energy to reach you no matter where you are in the world.
Distant Reiki is not a second-best option – it’s a beautiful and intentional practice that I feel guided to offer.

Healing You | Reiki Healing
Healing you - Reiki is type of energy Healing (Usui, Angelic). Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki aims to help the flow of energy by removing any blocks the patient has which therefore increase the flow of energy around the body. We work from our Eastbourne, Pevensey Bay, East Sussex healing room, however we do also offer remote healing to anywhere in the world.
