I teach private and small group certified Reiki training courses from traditional Usui Level 1, through to Reiki Master/Teacher and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master courses.
As a practitioner I provide 1-to1 sessions in person and online where I work intuitively, weaving evidence-based relaxation techniques, breath-led practices, guided meditation as required, alongside Reiki and other subtle energy work (acquired through other energy healing lineages).
My Reiki work can also be experienced through weekly classes and monthly workshops.
