Love and Light Loughborough

At Love & Light Loughborough, I offer a calm, welcoming space for you to relax, restore, and reconnect with your true self. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, I provide Reiki healing treatments designed to support your overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking for deep relaxation, emotional balance, or energetic realignment, each session is tailored to meet your unique needs with compassion and care. I offer in-person Reiki treatments in Loughborough, available as half-hour or one hour sessions, as well as distance Reiki sessions so you can receive healing energy wherever you are.

In addition to treatments, I also teach Reiki Level 1 and 2 training courses, empowering you to connect with Reiki energy for self-healing or to share it with others. My teaching is heart-centred, supportive, and rooted in traditional Usui Reiki principles; guiding you to develop confidence and trust in your own healing journey.
