Reiki master, teacher, holistic therapist and counsellor based in south Birmingham, I am happy to see clients at my clinic in Stirchley/Bournville or travel to you (depending on location and setting); I regularly work in Glastonbury and Worcestershire. I can offer training that will fit with relevant professional approaches and standards. I have over 20 years experience working in the mental health, wellbeing and education sectors (as a practitioner, teacher and course manager). Reiki is an incredible holistic approach that can support the natural healing process, is mindful, can reduce stress, improve balance and promotes autonomy. Reiki may also be used alongside other therapeutic approaches, and often therapists from various healer/supporter modalities find Reiki a useful tool to apply not only on themselves, but may draw on Reiki when working with clients (a minimum of Reiki Level 2 required to work with clients). Reiki 1 is ideal to use on yourself or informally with friends, loved ones, animals, environment, around the house and community.
