Laura Hughes - Usui Reiki Master Practitioner

Hello and thank you for stopping by my page. I’m Laura; a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher based in Droitwich Spa, providing a safe space and therapeutic relationship for you to explore, express and heal your mind, body and soul.

Training as a reiki practitioner has been like coming home to myself, and I love being able to share this wonderful, healing therapy with others. As a practitioner, I see myself as a channel for the reiki energy to flow to you, to wherever it is needed most. Reiki is an intelligent energy, and only needs our openness to receive to ensure it acts for your highest good, healing and understanding. I may also work in an intuitive way, sensing where there may be energetic blockages or a particular need for healing in the different energetic centres, parts of the body, and layers of the energetic field. If you have a particular issue you would like us to focus on, we can also intend for reiki to flow to this. An issue can be anything, from a life experience, to an emotion, to a thought or memory, to a physical ailment. Reiki has many varied benefits, however, it should always be used as a complementary therapy, alongside traditional treatments.
Every few months, I also offer a group called ‘Reiki & Relax.’ This is a chance to let go of the week with likeminded people, set positive affirmations for the week to come, and receive healing reiki energies.
