​My practice is a unique fusion, built on the gentle, foundational energy of Usui Reiki and the profound practice of Ancient Tibetan Buddhist Healing. This is what makes my sessions unique. I have been honoured to receive direct Vajrayana Buddhist empowerments (attunements) from my root Lama, The Venerable Khenpo Jamyang Lekshey. As one of the highest lamas in the lineage and the Director of the main Sakya Monastery in Rajpur, India, his guidance is the authentic foundation of my practice. This fusion allows me to channel the compassionate, healing energies of Enlightened Beings (like the Medicine Buddha and Green Tara) to create a deeply grounded and transformative session.

​What to Expect During a Session

​Your session takes place in my private, spiritual sanctuary in Westbourne, Bournemouth. This is a dedicated, high-vibration healing space where I hold my daily practice, amplified by hundreds of Himalayan-sourced crystals.

​After you\’ve filled out your booking questionnaire, our session is dedicated purely to your healing. You simply lie down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table and relax. I channel the healing energy by placing my hands gently on or just above your body, helping to soothe your nervous system and restore your inner harmony.

​I also offer Worldwide Distant Healing sessions, which are equally powerful and received from the comfort of your own home.
