IPM 24: Discounted rates for CNHC registrants
If you are a CNHC registrant you will receive a discounted early bird rate if you book by 3 May 2024, starting from £149 for a one-day conference pass. As well as entrance to the conferences you will have free access to the workshops and exhibition.
We will also be holding a CPD approved Workshop at 2.15pm on Thursday 6 June on the system of voluntary regulation of complementary healthcare practitioners in the UK.

The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA) who accredit our register of complementary healthcare practitioners, have published Making care safer for all: a manifesto for change which sets out their priorities to help the next UK government deliver better and safer care for all.
Sustainable Healthcare Day 2024, organised by the Integrated Healthcare Collaborative (IHC) of which CNHC is an associate member, takes place on 6 April and this year’s theme is stress. We’ll be sharing information on our social media channels on the day, so do make sure you are following us on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn and Instagram. The Association of Reflexologists (AoR), who act as one of CNHC’s Verifying Organisations for reflexology, have announced some exciting changes. They have recently appointed Deborah Cook as their new Chair, two new Board Members – Naomi Wilson and Kathy Fear, and Bronwen Packham as Chief Executive. They have also moved to new offices and launched a new website. You can find out more here.
CNHC London Boroughs Special Treatment Exempted Status
CNHC has been granted exempted status by the London Special Treatment Group for CNHC registered therapists working in London Boroughs. This means that any CNHC registered complementary therapist wishing to open premises in London will be eligible for a license exemption.

Haywards House palliative care unit, based at City Hospital in Nottingham, are looking for a Complementary Therapist experienced in delivering Aromatherapy, Reflexology and massage treatments. Find out more here.
The Mulberry Centre, an award-winning charity based in the grounds of West Middlesex University Hospital in Hounslow have volunteering opportunities for CNHC registered massage therapists (including therapists with an additional qualification in oncology ScarWork) and aromatherapists who are available for two to three hours a week to provide care for cancer patients.
