Exploring Bach Flower Remedies and the Subtle Bodies
UK Reiki Federation WebinarThe UK Reiki Federation community gathered recently for a fascinating webinar exploring the relationship between Bach Flower Remedies, the chakra system, and the subtle bodies. The session was led by naturopathic nutritionist and Bach Flower specialist Mara Calvi, who shared her knowledge and perspective on how vibrational remedies may support emotional balance and wellbeing.
Mara brings a diverse background in naturopathic nutrition, naturopathy and integrative wellbeing, with particular expertise in gut health, neurological health and emotional wellness. Her work through Essence Frequency focuses on education and training around Bach Flower Remedies and the energetic aspects of health.
During the session, Mara guided attendees through the philosophy behind the Bach Flower system originally developed by Dr Edward Bach, highlighting its focus on emotional balance and the relationship between emotional states and physical wellbeing. The presentation also explored how Bach Flower Remedies may be considered alongside concepts such as the chakra system and the subtle energetic layers of the body.
As always with UK Reiki Federation educational even
ts, the aim was not to prescribe or teach a specific method, but to open a thoughtful and respectful conversation around complementary approaches that many practitioners encounter in the wider holistic field. Members commented afterwards on how engaging and thought-provoking the session was, and it sparked a lively discussion about the ways different healing traditions explore the relationship between emotion, energy and wellbeing.
Although the webinar itself was not recorded, we are pleased to be able to share the presentation slides from the session for members who would like to explore the material further.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mara Calvi for sharing her time, experience and enthusiasm with the UK Reiki Federation community.
Our webinar programme continues to bring together practitioners, teachers and researchers from across the wider wellbeing world, helping us explore ideas, broaden perspectives and deepen our collective understanding of energy-based practices.
