About
I’m Esther, a Reiki Master Practitioner and the founder of Anansi Medicine, based in East London.
My practice is named after Anansi, the spider of Akan tradition, honouring my Ghanaian heritage. I see myself as a space-holder rather than a healer: my sessions offer a calm, unhurried space for you to rest, reconnect and listen to what you already hold within.
I offer 1:1 Reiki sessions, which can include sound from crystal singing bowls and chimes, and oracle or tarot readings for reflection and clarity. Sessions are available locally or in your own home/online.
My background in supporting children and families means I bring warmth, patience and a trauma-aware approach to every session.
Nothing is broken. Nothing needs finding. It was always there.
Also practises
Sound healing: I use an alchemy crystal singing bowl along with other sound - either on their own or woven into a session. I am currently training in Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
Oracle and tarot readings: gentle, reflective readings to support insight and clarity.
Crystal work: incorporating crystals for grounding and intention setting.
UKRF checks training and certification for Reiki, and Reiki alone. We have not checked, and are not approving, qualifications for anything listed here.
