About
Richard is an experienced Reiki Master Teacher with over 30 years involvement in Reiki and complementary therapies, with a particular interest in the traditional Japanese foundations of Reiki.
Through ReikiHelp, Richard supports people at different stages of their Reiki journey, including those completely new to Reiki and practitioners who trained years ago but would like to reconnect with their practice, refresh their knowledge and rebuild their confidence.
Teaching and refresher sessions are available face-to-face in Nottinghamshire and online via Zoom. Richard’s approach emphasises simplicity, practical experience and developing a deeper understanding of Reiki rather than simply collecting techniques and qualifications.
Richard is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and is CNHC registered.
