I would love to show you how working with energy can change your life.
I’m a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Healer, and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. My personal healing journey has taught me a lot about the importance of self awareness, authenticity and connection, in navigating relationships, work and health.
My approach is to intuitively design sessions, combining the tools and techniques that allow the innate wisdom of your mind, body and spirit to find new ways to help you heal and grow.
