CNHC registrant conducts Yoga Therapy service evaluation at the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

CNHC registrant, Vidhi Sohdi, recently collaborated with a leading Rheumatologist at Central Middlesex Hospital to provide Yoga Therapy to patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). The study involved evaluating the impact of Yoga Therapy in self-management of RA as part of a multidisciplinary service. According to Vidhi, this was the first time that one-to-one Yoga Therapy had been delivered in an NHS hospital setting.

The results have been outstanding with improvements in all the study objectives, with oral feedback captured by the researchers at the University of Westminster. The findings are currently being analysed for a full report.
