A large amount of work has been done by the UK Reiki Federation with regards to recommended educational standards within Reiki training. As a result of a Consultation carried out with our membership in 2002/2003, a report was written which gave recommmendations about Reiki Training as perceived by our Teacher Members.
A summary of the Guidelines for Reiki Training (PDF, 32kb), which have been produced as a result of member feedback, are now available for download. It is important to remember that these are Recommendations and are not mandatory. The work done by the UK Reiki Federation Education Team will be used to inform our representatives on both the Consultation Group for National Occupational Standards, and for educational issues within the RRWG (Reiki Regulatory Working Group).
