1. that your message is a single paragraph - for security reasons, if you use [Return] or [Enter] in your message, you will receive an "Invalid input!" error.
2. if you have entered your email address, that it is exactly right, with no additional spaces etc.
3. that you have given either an email address (preferably) or a telephone number, so that our member can get back to you!

Why the weird fonts and security check?

In common with an increasing number of online "directories", we have had to remove clickable email addresses from this site, and to display email addresses in a way that is extremely difficult for a machine to read, to reduce the amount of spam (junk emails) received by our members. Furthermore, to stop the "spammers" switching to automated form-filling, we ask you to type in a code that is displayed in a way that is hard for an automated spamming program to read.

The security check is to prevent form-spamming, i.e. using a piece of software to fill in forms automatically, thereby abusing a form as a mass-mailing tool. The way we've displayed the email address is extremely difficult for a machine to read, however, it can also be difficult for us humans too, hence the form with an different, easier to read security code, to tell us that you are (probably) human!
